So I see my kitty, Mole, doing something weird with his mouth, like he was trying to eat something. So I go to see what it was he had. Yeah it was a needle and thread that was on my counter top that he was not suppose to be on. So I freak out and he freaks out and won't come to me. I finally get him and I don't see the needle sticking out of his mouth anymore. I pry open his mouth and most on the needle is still visible in his mouth and the rest down his throat. So I was able to grab it and pull it out along with the half foot of thread attached to it. I checked again to see if the needle had stabbed the roof of his mouth and everything looks good and he isn't acting like his mouth is sore. So yeah my thoughts on that, "Holy shit cat!"

Note to self: Never keep needles in apartment, ever.

Damn cat.

The bottom one is the first tattoo I got about 4 or so years ago.

The idea behind the new tattoo is the Army star and my Grandpa's unit logo in the center.

I was original going to do the star with the outline around like so....

but during WW2 it was just the white star and seeing my Grandpa fought in WW2, I wanted to keep it close to how it was used back then.

And here is his unit logo patch...

So yeah there it is.

Enjoy.

Him and Seven are bastards. I've come home once to my apartment being a totally mess due to them running round playing. Papers were everywhere. I can home last night from going to the grocery store to not being able to get in. They knocked over a tv tray I had out and it was wedged between the couch and the door. So I was only able to open my door about 3 inches and having to fight with it so I can get in.

Yeah bastards.

So...what else....oh yeah being sick sucks...

I was sick took medicine got better. It's annoying.

I need to clean my apartment and wash clothes but I feel like ass.

So that will end this nudged entry and now I go lay down.

Farewell.

Attention: My lovely LJ friends

Would any of you like to contribute to the "Help Robin save a kitty that has been trying to eat out of the dumpster by helping her raise money for her pet deposit so she can take the poor thing in and give it a home"

There is a small tuxedo kitty that has been hanging around my apartment that seem so sweet. I have been bringing him some food and water and sitting with him trying to get him use to me. Hestill scared but has been getting braved and coming closer to me. I was playing with him with a stick and he slapped my hand. That is the closest so far. I could set up one of those safe cages and catch him but I don't want to get him then not be able to keep him long enough to make sure he gets up to a healthy weight and shots.

The smallest donations would be awesome.

Please keep in mind it will have to be non-refundable seeing I am poor but it could possible be a tax write off as giving to charity. I can make you cookies as an exchange.

Anyone who wants to please leave a contributation in the little button located on my profile. Hopefully it will work.

Thank you so much in advance.

I will forever love you and the kitty will too.

::edit::
Many thanks to Azn for his donation

Oh and the kitty is getting braver, he will now come up for a brief second and sniff my knee.

I know it has been over a year and I haven't talk about Katrina. However, I just found these pictures on my parents' computer the other day and waned to post them. These of picture of my house while the storm was happening. My parents and other relatives stayed there during the storm. Behind a cut because there is a bit and for people who just don't want to see.

This is my granny sitting on top of the kitchen counter.

This is my Dad on the front porch while the water was coming up.

My street and front yard is somewhere under all the water.

I think this is when the water was going back down. I'm not sure but I think that because of the stuff of the side of the house.

My grandma, Granny, and my cousins sitting on the dinner room table.

The kitchen. The big white thing is, of course, the fridge, which apparently almost fell on my aunt but she was saw it and was able to brace herself and catch it.

My poor puppy, Dexter, trying to escape the water while it was rasing because he hates water but doesn't realize that the water is just as high outside as inside.

The game room. There is a pool table under there.

Another view of the kitchen from the dining room.

My mom and sister chilling in the water.

My living room. you can see Dexter in the back trying to get out of the water by standing on the couch.

Another living room picture. Most of the wooden furniture floating in here is from the bedrooms. The kitty litter box looks like a boat sailing along and no the cat was not in there. She was on the top shelf of my parents' closet.

My dad and uncle chilling in the water.

There are a few more but that is all for now.
